<description>I also have a penchant for odd and interesting ice cream flavors. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon a shop by the name of Tara's Organic Ice Cream, located in Santa Fe, that offers a wide range of flavors, both delicate and bold. Some includes lavender and sage as well as garam masala and sweet corn. If you're ever on a road trip through Santa Fe, you should really make a point to stop in and try some of their crazy creams.
