Cooking Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Taste and add more red pepper flakes or peperoncini if you want it spicier.
Transfer to a serving bowl (or cover tightly with plastic wrap and store overnight in the refrigerator; bring to room temperature before serving.)
Garnish the bowl with the grapes, almonds, chopped mint and a drizzle of olive oil.
Makes 1-1/2 cups
