		<description>Hi,

Thank you for the leftover mackerel recipe. It sounds perfect and I have all
the ingredients in my refrigerator. even crackers. How lucky.

Yesterday was the first time I cooked mackerel...actually pan fried it. I thought it might be too strong to eat plain like salmon, but the way to added the mayo it will be fine.

The internet is amazing....whatever you need it seems that someone has figured it out already and has an answer.

Thank you again.

All my best,
Sue
