  2. Just found your vegetarian pho receipe. I had the regular pho at one of my friend’s before I became vegetarian. I was so overwhelmed at how good it tasted that it was embarassing. I live in South Orange County, CA, where you can find pho places but none vegetarian. Will make your receipe sometime while I am on vacation. Thank you so much!

  3. Hello from Federal Way!

Great site! I stumbled across it looking for a Vegetarian Pho recipe and I can’t wait to try it out. It’ll save me from having to pack up the kid, get the pho and come home two or three times a week. :)

  5. I don’t know who you are but your name popped into my head today out of nowhere…maybe that sounds crazy! Anyway, loved the name and font of your website. What is your business?

  6. Hi, I discovered your website looking for a linguini vongole recipe, and we love your recipe. I’m not very experienced with Italian cooking, but this one is so simple and good. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
The website look and feel is very smooth and clean, not unlike your writing. I see that you spent some time in Thailand, I’m jealous, cooking Thai food is my latest passion. I’m going to spend some more time checking out your site/recipes, keep up the great work.

This was my first look at your profile and I just wanted to say that I love Middlesex too. Word.

  13. Thank you for the poke recipe. I have entered Foodbuzz’s Project Food Blog, advancing to the second round and cooking Hawaiian food as my post, I found your recipe to be the simplest, most authentic and tastiest sounding I ran across on my internet research forays. I will be posting Sunday. Have a gander if you fancy.

  16. My erstwhile wife (since died 4 years ago) was learning Russian with friends, and we wished to entertain them with appropriate cuisine. So a visit to the local library ‘unearthed’ Kulebiaka. This is a truly wonderful and exotic dish! I have made it several times, and often sing its praises. I love your comment that it is a “crowd stunner” – which is so true! Above all, thanks to you for introducing such heavenly food.
